What is a good birthday present for a 10 year old?

I have to get my 10 year old cuz. a birthday present. She told me some things and already got her 3 things. I got her a cell phone and it was only 29.99 it was a verizon LG phone. And, then I got her a Webkinz which was 12.99. I also got a little makeup kit which was 7.00. I have spent 50.00 on her now. Her mother told me that the most that I was suposed to spend was 65.00. I am planning on getting something for 15.00, but what? Her mother said that I could get something off of Ebay so that is what I am going to do. Please look up stuff on Ebay and then tell me what it is and I can look at it for her. Thanks! Haha!! ;) Everything I have bought so far is what she wanted REALLY badly!

1. does a 10 year old need a phone? why not take that 30 bucks and the 15 and buy something for 45 that a 10 year old would like. like dolls or something
2. What's her favourite band? Jonas Brothers? Miley? Get her little things with the 15 you have left, like posters and pens and stuff. Just little tid-bits.
