Sprint Wireless Phones....? I have a sprint wireless phone with the Total Equipment Protection Plan and recently my phone sound is totally shot. I guess is has something to do with the fact that i've dropped it few times. Since i have the plan, what the process of replacing the phone and how long will that take?
Are there any phones for sprint that have a wireless adapter built in but do not require a data plan to get? I have a sprint contract without a data plan, just talk and text, My contract is coming up soon and i was wondering if sprint offered any phones with a wireless adapter w/o a data plan, if they do which ones, if they do not why? and also lastly what are some good phones for sprint w/o a data plan.
How can I unlock Sprint and Verizon Phones to Cricket Wireless? Hello everyone, I wanted to know how I could unlock a Sprint or Verizon phone to Cricket Wireless. My cousin knows this kid that has a software to do this...I want a software so I can do this also. All he does is go on the website and then he calls someone and it is unlocked in about 2 minutes. Sprint wireless phones? ok, i have a weird question but please help me out. If you call someone that has a sprint cell phone and lets say they shut off their phone for the night (not their service). OK, if u call their cell and it is shut off , it will obviously go straight to voice mail. My question is...If you don't leave a message for them, will your number still register on their phone bill as an incoming or missed call?? What is a good wireless cell phone signal booster for a 1 bedroom apt & 2 new cell phones on Sprint under $150? I have 2 new cell phones on Sprint. The coverage is CRAP in my 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment. Outside the door, it's fine. I don't know why but it seems that most cell companies don't work in here. verizon to sprint wireless phone plan? I am a loyal Verizon customer up till now. With there change in the data plans being tiered as of tomorrow and also the fact that they got rid of there new every 2 i am up for a new phone next month and they told me i get a discount not a new phone. I have been with them for 15 years! SO my question is this...I am thinking of going to sprint seeing how there plan is about the same price i am already paying if not less. With unlimited data and calling. So i need to know what everyone thinks of sprint and also how easy is it to switch? I also have one more issue my plan under verizon is a family plan in which one phone is not being used and the other is but she could care less if she has it (my mother) But they have about another 9 months on there contract but they are not smart phones. So If i cancel my plan which my phone is primary do i have to pay the deactivation on the other 2 phones? Or if I switch to Sprint will that automatically bring those phones over as well? SPRINT wireless customers.. what would you do if they were sharing your private information with others? I have a Sprint cell phone. On my account there are two numbers mine and my husbands.. At one time my husband had his cell phone tied to a friends line under their family share plan. In Aug 07 Sprint had a computer issue and my husbands number was showing up on his friends account information on their website. and my husband was receiving phone calls from Sprint about his friends phone. These two phones have not been on the same account for over 2 yrs. I spent over 10 hours on the phone with Sprint trying to get this fixed. It took over a month and our phone information was given to this other person as well as his information to my husband. This is a violation of the privacy act and Sprint has not even apologized for this. What would you do? I was considering contacting an attorney to see if we have any rights because of the information be shared was private. ever had a p[roblem with wireless sprint phone ? i bought this phone----the store said i had a rebate on it---they said the old phone could not be repaired----so i bought a new phone based on--( that information)...they never gave me my rebate --they said the phone was not under a rebate at the time---i later found out my old phone could have been fixed for 35 dollars---so i dropped them based on the idea--i feel they made me enter into their contract on lies---the repair lie--and the rebate lie--they never honored the contract on the rebate---now they want 400 dollars for dropping their service before the contract was up---what a bunch of bandits---

Sprint wireless has extended my contract without telling me? I spend hours almost every other month on the phone with sprint customer service to get my changes options corrected.. i FINALLY GAVE UP WHEN THEY EXTENDED MY CONTRACT WITHOUT TELLING ME and they wouldn't correct it. I have Sprint wireless service and was wondering what is the best phone that they have to offer? See I'm really into texting and I love gadgets so I want a great phone with all of the latest bells and whistles available. I want WiFi,Bluetooth,MP3player,Stereo speaker sound quality,QWERTY keyboard,Speaker phone etc I have until November 9th for my 2 year contract with Sprint to expire. I was thinking of leaving Sprint but since I like texting so much I don't know anymore because no other company has a better texting plan than Sprint. No other company can beat 10 bucks for unlimited texting. Verizon has a better voice call network but their texting plans only benefit other Verizon customers. They need a truly unlimited type of plan that benefits everyone and I would most definitely switch to Verizon this coming November. They are so expensive though. I love the new LG ENV 9900 from Verizon Wireless and I really want to get that phone but I'm not sure about getting into business with Verizon. I heard really bad things about their customer service and I just have a bad feeling about them. So could you please recommend a phone from Sprint that comes close to the ENV.
How can I contact some head hanchos at Sprint wireless? I am having trouble with Sprint PCS wireless every month. Every month my bill is wrong. Every month the I call customer service, and every month I get someone who is unfriendly and unwilling to help me. Recenlty I talked to one of the supervisors and she called me a liar. Is Sprint wireless run by a band of monkeys? I just spent one hour and twenty minutes on the phone with Sprint trying to find out why they charged for PCS Vision when they said it was free for 30 days....4 people and 1:20 later I FINALLY found someone that understood what went wrong, evidently it was supposed to be put on the bill and then a credit added. Why is it so hard for people at Sprint to understand the concept that free means no charge? My contract expires in Nov of 2008 and since I have had nothing but trouble from the company I will say goodbye to them and never look back.
