How long does it take for a shipment of phones to Rogers Wireless take? The shipment is going to Canada from Apple. Inc ( it might be from the USA), the phone that I am waiting for is the iPhone 4g. They said that once they get a shipment in that they would phone to let us know, it has been about a week and a 1/2 and I would like to know how much longer I should expect to wait to get the phone.

I'm sure that I have voicemail, but when I press and hold the 1 button (to get to my messages), there are three beeps and it hangs up. This has been happening for a long time. CANADIAN ROGERS WIRELESS Question....? I currently have an iPhone, purchased it on the opening day. I love it and think it totally rocks! I just returned the BlackBerry Bold after a couple of hours of use, it absolutely stinks!! In respect to the web browser compared to the iPhone. My BlackBerry Torch 9800 comes with an amazing plan but the phone itself is horrible. The plan goes until December 2013 and I refuse to wait this long for another phone. However, I still want to keep my own number and plan that was implemented onto the BlackBerry Torch. I just want to swap to an iPhone 4 while keeping the same number and plan. Is it possible to do a phone device swap and transferring the phone number to the other phone to keep the same plan? My service provider is Rogers, and again, both my mother and I have a smartphone, some type of data plan, and are both with Rogers. I just would like to know if I can swap to the iPhone 4 while still keeping my old phone number and plan, because I can no longer stand using the BlackBerry Torch. Again, the iPhone 4 uses a MICRO-SIM card. The Torch 9800 uses a REGULAR SIM card. This means I could get a Micro-SIM Adapter for the Torch, but it is practically impossible to shrink a SIM Card into a Micro-SIM for the iPhone 4.

What can I do about my wireless company (Rogers Wireless)? I have been with Rogers wireless for exactly 5 years, I have had the SAME phone I got the first time I used my phone. What happened was, first my sister and I signed a 2 year contract and we got 2 phones for free (including the one I have to date). After the 2 year contract ended, we signed a 3 year contract. My sister ended up getting a new phone the day of, at that time my phone was perfectly fine and the selection of phones were very limited (December 2005)(if you know rogers, you know what i mean). Over the past year or so, my phone has been acting up, battery not lasting as long, reception, etc. basically my phone is dying. When I talked to rogers to get my phone with the discount since i signed a 3 year contract, they said i have to sign ANOTHER 3 year contract! I told them how I already signed a 3 year contract and they still tell me how I have to sign another contract to get the phone at a discount from date I get the phone yet I have been on a contract for 3 years (plus 2 from before). I don't know what to do with them. It is so frustrating when they take away my right especially when I AM THE CUSTOMER.

Rogers Wireless Ripoff Well it all started when my mom phoned up rogers about a recent phone cancellation fee bill. We were only supposed to pay 200.00 dollars but on the bill it said 240.00. The stupid service representatives said that it was the charge. We tried to call rogers many times but they were just being assholes. So we had to play the 240.00.
