Buying a new cell phone battery? My LG enV2 cell phone needs a new battery but all of the ones on Amazon are for the VX9100, but my phone info says my SW version is VX910V07. Does it make a difference? Would the battery still work? How do you revive a cell phone battery that is completely dead and does not charge? I have an LG cellphone. The battery is completely dead that not even charging it will turn it on. The cell phone can turn on only for about 2 seconds. This is a real problem because i need to retrieve a number on it. How long does a typical cell phone battery hold a charge? I have had my cell phone for maybe two years and I've realized that lately it doesn't seem to be holding a charge for that long. What is the best LG cell phone for Verizon? I am to upgrade my phone with Verizon now. I had a RAZRV3 but didn't like it. After reading several reviews, I've come to my senses that maybe LG phones were better. But I went to see the LGVX9900 on display but I don't need so much stuff. I only check my emails from time to time and need sufficient memory space for my phone numbers. I want a phone better than a Razr (since it should be a promotion), which had terrible battery life which was quite annoying. I was looking at LGVX8600 or VX8700, but both also seem to have some faults. Any suggestions on what would be a slim phone, that has no visible antenna, that has long battery life, and it a good quality phone? If there are others besides LGs that are recommended, I'd also like to consider that. Price is not a problem. Thanks!
Can you charge a cell phone battery out of the phone? The charging port on my phone is broken. I sent it in for repair and they said it is not covered under warranty. My phone still works, the battery still works, I just have no way to plug it in to anything. I'm wondering if i can charge the battery seperately somehow then be able to place it back in the phone. If not, I'm going to have to buy a new phone which I really can't afford right now. The phone is an LG Keybo and the better is lithium ion.
Cell phone battery life ? Since the day I got it, I have never turned off my phone. I use it as my alarm, as my business phone, and as my friend help hotline. I’ve only just gotten, had it for about half a year. I can get a new only once two years is up. I’m worried about one thing, the battery life. What is wrong with my LG cell phone? I have LG VX6000 cell phone. It's about a year and half old. All of a sudden out of no where, my phone keeps turning off by itself like someone just took the battery out. I can't turn it on by pressing the on button but if I press the phone diferent places with my hands or plyers, the phone turns on by itself. It keeps doing that everyday. Most of the time it doesn't even turn on. I have to press on different part of the phone for about 10 minutes for it to come on. Is it a battery problem or something mechanical? Why is my cell phone battery bulging? I have an LG Vu CU920, and when my first battery could no longer hold a significant charge, i bought a new one. This new battery worked well for about 2 weeks, but suddenly could barely hold a charge for about a 1 minute phone call. cell phone batteries? i just got a new cell phone: LG enV touch. now i wanna do this right. What must I do in order to make sure the battery lasts a long time? I've heard all sorts of things and I'm not sure what/who's right. phone uses a lithium battery. i was told to charge it normally (charge when low, if in rush, ok to under charge) and completely charge it and completely discharge it once a month to "calibrate" the battery. I've also been told that charging and completely and discharging it completely decreases battery life span. and that Over charging is bad...correct? what exactly should i do? what exactly should i not do?

Cell phone battery overheating? My LG Orange Env is fully charged. Suddenly, it says "Battery is Overheated. Powering down for your safety." Then it shuts off. I turn it back on and it stays on for a minute or two and then repeats. When it's plugged in it stays on but flashes an occassional message about hight temperatures.
