My little brother has an old Verizon LG VX5200 cell phone and my mom is planning to get an upgraded cell phone model that's free since I lost my cell phone (Samsung Glyde =[ ). Why is my LG Xenon cell phone text message sequence out of order? I have an LG Xenon and can't seem to get the text messages in order when in conversation view. My outgoing messages always appear to be sent at the present local time however when i receive a text from someone (in the same timezone) the timestamp on the text is behind by 4 hours, consequently messing up the flow in conversation view. I understand that this is a fairly common issue, however I have been looking for a solution for a while now and can't seem to find anything that works. I have even tried setting the time four hours ahead manually, however the incoming texts will still be 4 hours behind actual local time.

Transfering pics from a deactivated cell phone? I have a verizon LG voyager and since upgraded to a droid. I have multiple pics on the old voyager that I want to get to my computer. New cell phone screen has annoying text in the middle? Two days ago I got a new cell phone and a new plan with Straight Talk (purchased at Walmart) Everything about the phone and plan is great and I'm really pleased with the reception. But I noticed that on my main screen right in the middle it says "Home". At first I thought it was the banner but when I put a banner on it was in a different spot and the "Home" remained. I have a problem uploading my pictures to my computer from my cell phone? I have an LG VX8350 phone with a 1GB memory card. I normally take pictures and upload them onto my computer from the memory card input place. i just put it in like normal but the only pictures that come up are my old ones. I had 117 pictures and so then I shortnened it to only the 42 new ones I had and just two old ones. But when I put it in the only pictures that came up were my old two pictures on my phone. I even tried view the photos on the card and the only pictures on there were the two old ones. How come it wont put my new ones up there? please help :(

How do you save content to a micro sd card? I just bought a 512 mb micro sd card to use with my lg vx8300 cell phone. I put it into my adapter, put my adapter into my card reader, hook my card reader in to my computer all with no problems. I can even transfer pictures to the my_pix and my_music folder on the card no problems. The PROBLEM comes when I insert the card back into my phone and navigate my way to the card to view the pictures and songs I just transferred. A few songs show up in the my_mp3 folder but not most that I transferred. And I have yet to be able to view one picture. My phone says "no content saved" every time. What can I do? The pictures show up on my computer as being in the folder but my phone can not see them. My sd card is not locked. I made sure of that. This has been going on for 3 days!

Friend's dog killed my cell phone...help, please? Cant receive pictures on my cell phone... plz help? If this matters I have an LG keybo 2. My friend has the same phone as me, and i am able to send pics to her, and she is able to see them no problem. But when she goes to send me a picture, it doesnt work. Modifying New Cell Phone, Help? Okay I got a new LG Rumor Touch from bestbuy and wanted to do a view modifcations to it. First a case/clear protector thing for the touch screen, and secondly either a new whole case (is that possible) or some form or way to cover up or paint over the Virgin Mobile logo, as I hate having logos on my phones. Is there anyway to remove the whole shell and put a new one on? Or would some form of paint (masking the phone off of course) work? Also, as far as accessories go, what are good local stores? What is the best cell phone for me? I have att. I am thinking about jumping on a family plan and it would only cost $10. I would like a nice phone for business type things like phone numbers and notes and organization type stuff. I thought I like the windows based or the palm pilots but there dont seem to be many. Cosmetically I want it to be black, not get scratched easy, good pictures would be cool and battery life and all that jazz, I would like a good speaker phone but may just get a bluetooth, I also like it to be compact like my old razor but comfortable still and sturdy. I thought about the iphone and blackberries but the cost of the phone is a bit much and the data plan is up there and I would like to stay at $10. What AT&T cell phone is the best? I am getting a new phone-I love something "fully loaded" with gadgets... I especially want a good camera and video on it, I don't need tv capability... I do love the touch screen but again, I don't need the tv part of it. I was debating between the LG Vu, and the HTC Fuze, but really don't want to pay for the tv viewing monthly which goes with the "deal" currently...I do also like the "Qwerty" keys, or ones that slide out from phone, instead of being on front, as then the keys are a little bigger. How would I go about getting a full refund on a cell phone? My mother bought a LG Vu a month and a half ago at the persuasion of a AT&T sales representative. He explained to her that the phone was capable of using a email program, downloading attachments and viewing multi-media files. I need someone who is good with cell phones and also Mac-savvy!? Ok, so I have my cell service through Verizon, and I have an LG Voyager. I also have a MacBook. For any other Mac users out there, you know that I am using iPhoto to store, edit, and view all my photos. Well I wanted to somehow put a picture on my phone that is currently on my computer. My phone came with a USB cord but I wonder if I could transfer photos, and if so does this only work with a PC? I could really use some help here. I don't have to do it by USB if there is another way but I want the picture quality to be as good as it is on my computer (or comparable to as good as can be offered on the phone, if that makes sense). Anyone having problems saving pictures on the LG Voyager? OK let me see if I can explain this correctly. It doesn't do it every time I try to save a picture, just basically when it feels like it. I go to take a picture, and it says Save To Phone. The problem is when I go to view the picture, sometimes instead of a picture, it's just like a white box with a cartoon box and cell phone on it and a question mark. (?) Or other times it says failed instead of Save To Phone. Does anyone know what's going on? Is anyone else experiencing the same thing? I'm considering buying a memory card to see if that helps. Help with my SD reader in my Acer laptop please!!!? I have an Acer Aspire 5720 laptop with a built in SD card reader. I also have a LG Chocolate Spin phone with a 2GB memory stick. I haven't updated my music or pictures on my cell phone lately so I took the SanDisk MicroSD, inserted it into the MicroSD/TransFlash Adapter, and inserted that into the SD reader on my computer. Now when I have done this in the past, a little box pops up with choices such as open the folder to explore it's content, view images with Windows media...etc. Now that I have tried it again, the first time in inserted the disk, Windows made that "duh-duh" sound to let me know that there is additional hardware detected, it searched for drivers, and then proceeded to make the other "duh-duh" sound to say that it disconnected. I tried rebooting and reinserting the disk multiple times, and I get the alert sound again that an external hardware source is detected, the remove hardware safely icon pops up in my icons, and before I can do anything, it immediately disconnects and that icon disappears. There is no additional sources of external storage when I access My Computer either. This would be a lot easier if I hadn't lost my usb cable that connects my cell phone directly to the computer, but at this point, I'm kinda stuck with having the music and pictures that I currently have and I'm unable to update it at this time. Any suggestions as to how to resolve this issue? Is it a problem with my SD card reader? A problem with the adapter card? Or a driver that hasn't been updated? I'll appreciate any suggestions possible! Thanks!
