How do i refill my att go phone online? 10 points!? i go to my account and where it says enter the prepaid card number, i enter the numbers that i scratched off, and there are 12 numbers. but it says it must be 10 or 13 numbers. and so im forced to call att and refill my phone, which charges me $5. which is bullshit. I have an att.yahoo POP3 account but I need IMAP, How do I go about it? I just got a new iphone, my BellSouth email account is a POP3 which does not sync properly, all changes made in the phone are not automatically changed in Microsoft Outlook, with IMAP it is but Yahoo does not support it, is there a way around this?

i owe cingular wireless 3439 ,i only had the phone 3 months? i open a cingular wireless account through att phone company .they ran my credit and signed me up the home 250 plan 250 daytime and 1000 night and weekend minutes.so 3 months went by before i got the bill.the first bill said 700cr and the next bill 804cr.who's paying this bill if i'm not.so now cingular sent me toa collection agency and att is no where with the combined billing with cingular nowhere.how can get this off my credit report.cingular said i went over by 1500 minutes at 40cent per minute.then by 1,030 minutes at 40 cent per minute.help i need an answerto get out of this.serious replies only .i'm in tears.i never had a cell phone before until this happened.sorry i didn't type in question before this one on previous letter.
att go phone.(beware.long explanation)? i got a new cell phone go phone (the plan is $60 unlimited talk & text) ok, so the phone came with $30 free but the guy thought it didnt so he gave me $30 free anyway but when he finished activating it, it said it gave me $30 free dollars, so he basically gave me $30 worth of airtime for free. he said oh well but i had also paid for another $30 of airtime to get the $60 plan before the free $30 showed up. so i basically got the first month for free, and the other $30 i paid for will roll over onto next months prepaid airtime so ill only have to pay $30 next month to get the full $60 plan. (question starts here): so today, its only been like 5 days since i got the phone and i dont have internet data plan for it and i just randomly checked my phone cuz it was under my arm and apparently i accidently hit the GPRS button or something by accident, so i exited quickly. i checked my balance, which should be $30 cuz $60 was already spent for the months plan. and instead of $30 i now only have $29.83 . how will i pay for next month? should i get on the GPRS and balance out my account to $25 and buy a $30 and a $5 airtime card when i need to refill or what should i do?
How do I refill my Go Phone if att.com does not recognize my wireless number? I would like to refill my Go Phone, and have attempted on numerous occasions to ensure the number was accurate, and to find help online, to no avail. I tried www.att.com/GoPhone, selected "Add minutes" (& subsequently "Refill minutes now") to refill the account, entered in the number, and it responded with this: "The phone number entered was not recognized. Please try again." Why is my phone number not recognized? Has it been cut off? Shut down? Disconnected? As there is not a single person available to chat with me at this hour, due to their hours being on Eastern Time, and myself being on Pacific Time, it is utterly impossible for me to acquire minutes for my phone. I have no land line, I don't know anybody in the area, and I am completely stuck. Even if I had $100 to spend on minutes, I can't because... att.com doesn't acknowledge the existence of my phone number... What the heck is going on, and how do I fix it?
Forwarding ATT cell phone number to Verizon Blackberry? I have a cell phone and number from my former employer. They are going to disconnect me from their account very soon. I'd like to dump the actual cell phone but keep the number because a lot of people reach me on that number. Pre-Paid Phone Plan!!? Well I am flying on a big trip on tuesday night. I will be going alone, and need a way to get in contact with everybody. My at&t go phone account expired, and now I am cell-less. I have a nice phone and just use an att sim card. They said I needed to buy a new sim card, and set up a whole new account. fraud transaction from ATT phone service, 888-426-7066? I just noticed an unrecognized transaction on my credit card for the amount of $30.41 by merchant name ATT*CONS PHONE PMT 888-426-7066 TX , phone number 888-426-7066. I called ATT cusotmer service, they dont know whats going on, couldn't find out what the charge was, they said its the credit card service dept, who takes care of the credit card charges for customers. I tried calling this number, a guy named CAMARA (picked up phone and asked for my 13 digit phone number(I dont know where in US they have 13 digits phone number) i gave my number, he asked me where im calling from, i said colroado, he said he is from missouri, ATT services and I reached the wrong number cuz he cant help services in Colorado, I have to call the colorado att. I told him this was an illeghal charge made on my account, but he was not willing to help at all other than saying call the correct ATT number. Anyways I put a dispute on this transaction thru my bank, I did a research on this number, and OH mY GOD, there are lot of complaints regarding lot of people about this number. (Just google search it, you will find out urself). i dodn tknow whats going on, Now i have to check my all previous statements and see what else i lost.

How do I transfer my phone that was in my ex-husbands account to my fiance's account. We have talked to 3 diff? account to my fiance's account. He has talked 3 different people. My ex-husband has already released me from his account. You have this info. My fiance has given you the info as well. ATT said to go on-line to avoid $18 transfer fee. How do I know if I am re registered to ATT after DSL connected? Talked to rep to set up all, but now sure .? We had DSL re connected last week after glitch of having it disconnected in error. Talked with support to get it uup and going again, but postcard says we must re register. How do I check this out or do I have to call the rep back. Is there a difference between ATT account manager and DSL internet service? When I go to ATT site for account manager, and put in phone number for account, it prompts they have to record of it. I just want to make sure our internet service is registerd because the postcard says after you reconnect and fail to register within 60 days of move/disconnect you will lose your existing Memver ID and all the contents of your e mail acount. Is my credit score good enough for ATT phone? I have a credit score of 544. I have one credit card and student loans in good standing. I have one 100 dollar medical bill on my credit report that was supposed to be taken care of by worker's comp. I had an account years ago that went delinquent but I have paid that since. ATT cell phone question? I have the lg shine. the screen has been going black and i keep having to shut it off and turning it back on again. I've had it for over two years and should be able to get an upgrade. However, i have an account online and it says that i'm eligible for an upgrade, but when i go to look at all the phones, they are full priced. When I get a new SIM card, does the old SIM card automatically useless? This is probably a dumb question but I'm not tech savvy. I lost my ATT phone so I suspended the service. Then I bought a new SIM card to put in my new Go Phone and it works. But I didn't like Go Phone and returned it, and now I'm waiting for a new Go Phone in the mail. I still have my new SIM card, and according on my account, my phone is now activated. I try to suspend it, but the website won't let me. Why does AT&T need more verification to activate phones sent in the mail? My family and I ordered our phones from ATT on the phone. We have never had an account through ATT, we used prepaid phones. They sent us the phones and gave us the numbers that the phones will have, but when we went to activate them they wouldn't work and now we have to go into the store to get them activated. It said that they needed another form of verification from my mom, other than her social security number. Why do they need us to come into the store? Is it because of bad credit?
Selling an upgrade phone from ATT? I am eligible for a phone upgrade. If I get a new phone and not activate it (keep using my old phone) and perhaps sell the upgrade phone, I know Im locked into a new 2 year contract on the old phone, but some people say if you dont activate the new phone these days you will be charged for the retail price of the phone, has this changed? I got 2 new phones when eligible (one of my account and one for an additional eligible line) and really only want one, was hoping to sell the other to help offset the new dataplan charges Im going to have to pay.
can you block text messages from other people on an AT&T GO phone? ok so i have this att go phone with 10 cents a minute and a huge 25 or 30 cents a text message. i only use the text messaging for business purposes such as work and school. this person won't stop texting me. i know how to block calls from people and texts from AT&T. how can i block another cell number from texting me??? i haven't yet went to see about this at the AT&T store, but i have looked on my AT&T account settings,etc, online and that was not much help..and i do not want to change plans or get a phone.
att mobile phone suspended? So my family cell bill came out to be $1,383.92! last month and my father wasn't able to pay it, and our account got suspended temporary. they are asking for an Immediate payment of $250. My question is, if we pay the 250 dollars this month, will he be force to pay the rest by the next due date or will he have an opportunity to give a certain or "minimum amount" every month till he catches up . the 1.3k was unexpected, we might go over sometimes a few bucks but not this much.

I am interrested in switching to verizon from att. How do I go about doing that? I need to switch because att is just too unreliable, terrible service and shoddy phones. Pretty much everyone has verizon and have no problems with it. So on the account is 3 phones, whith only one out of the 2 year contract. I cannot find a link called "Settings" so that I can change my password. Where is it hiding? When I go to the change password link in my Yahoo profile, it automatically takes me to an ATT window and asks for my ID and password. That does not work. When I called ATT they told me that since I don't have a phone or DSL account with ATT (it is with Comcast) they can't help me. So HELP!

The Mobile Solution cell phone dealers are big liers and dishonest.I had a cell phone plan with them, then I wanted to change my number over to another carrier but keep att with a new number so att canceled the account then restarted just for number change.Now the mobile solution sent me a letter from United finacial service that I have to pay over 250 for breach of contract etc...and the creditor is saying that they will make my credit score go down if I dont pay.Can they really make my credit bad?what can I do about this should I contact the mobile solution corporate office? How do I get a hold of an actual person at ATT? I have one of the Go Phones from ATT and they seem to have miscalculated how much they have taken out of my account. does anyone know? so i found out that some stole my social seciruty number and used it for a phone bill in another state..the police wont file a report unless i have a bill and also a bill with outgoing or incoming calls..well i dont have that since i never had this phoen account..does anyone know how i go about getting these records?? the phone account was opened with my name and was through ATT..do i call them or what??also the papers i filed said that they will only do police reports that occured in the same state..well this happened in another state..can anyone help me with this..im really upset that someone would do this to me and i dont know where i should start?? i already contacted all of the 3 credit bureaus and put a flag on my social security number and i also filled out fraud afravid forms ..
ATT Samsung Impression help? i just saw a commercial that if you buy an att samsung phone you get one free. what is the catch? my mom is going to activate an account and get a samsung phone, the impression i think. so does that mean if she buys the impression with a 2yr activation does that mean she just gets another free phone or does she have to pay for the second one then they send her a mail in rebate?
O2 Wireless vs. AT&T GO PHONE......... Please help!? I cant decide. So I would like some opinions. Now i am 16 and i cant get a contract so this two plans are prepaid. And i currently have both. But they only have like $5 on each account. But i can not decide which service too use. Because i want to make sure that is the service i want when i put more money on the account. O2 Wireless: $1 a day Unlimited Texting, Unlimited Nights (starting at 9:00 p.m. and Unlimited Weekends). Cons: NO INTERNET WHAT SO EVER It is a MVNO using AT&T's go phone so same coverage as att. AT&T GO PHONE: 25 cents a call all of the time, 200 texts a month for $4.99, 1mb internet for $4.99 a month. My Usage: I am using a Apple iPhone 2G and i am keeping the iphone so i can not use Verizon wireless with it. I probably send 10 texts a day but i can limit it. Internet is only 1mb a month, right now when i use internet on go phone i limit my self to emergency google searches. Since i get limited internet usage. I JUST CANT DECIDE SO PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK IS BETTER IN YOUR OPINION. (And please dont suggest other services it is between these two. Thank You.) It is locked and i don't know how to get around it. when the tmobile sim is in the phone it just says unregistered on the phone. if i put my att sim card in it says contact service provider. i called tmobile and they wont unlock it and att says they cant do anything unless it gets unlocked. How do I persuade my parents into letting me get a phone, they never say yes!? Every single friend of mine has a cell phone except me. Your Canadian phone number answers as ATT. YAHOO is as good as dead if it doesnt fix these problems? We are a busy quick print shop. In the last week we have had problems sending attachments. The just won't 'stick' to the e-mail. To overcome the problem we have opened a gmail account in order to send e-mails with attachments.
